Ben is renowned as one of the leading property tax advisors in Australia and has extensive experience in property funds management, operating various property development and mortgage funds.
Ben has built deep relationships with key stakeholders in the property development industry in Australia that have stemmed from his various roles and his many contributions to the industry. These contributions include Ben founding the largest property development network group in Melbourne and being the creator of the Property Development Master Class to mentor and educate emerging developers in the market.
This includes boutique to mid-size Townhouse Developments and a wide range of New Homes developed and constructed on a variety of new Land Estates.
With extensive experience in the Land Development space, Fatmir prides himself on his ability to drive outcomes required by all key stakeholders using his extensive working knowledge for development and construction projects.
Fatmir is also the founder of one of Victoria’s best mid-tier Building and Development groups which prides itself on a best practice approach to all facets of business operations.
